The former St John’s primary school site on Raglan Parade is on the market in a campaign being run by Brian O’Halloran and Company.
Covering 9134 square metres, the property also has frontage to Hood and Tylden streets and includes the old school classrooms.
The school was closed at the end of 2010 and pupils moved to a new site at the start of 2011.
Agent Brian Hancock said the sale was being run under instructions from the Catholic Diocese of Ballarat and described the old school as a “huge parcel of prime land”.
It will be offered in two lots — the first with three road frontages containing all the buildings and 6324 square metres of land in six Crown allotments. The second lot is 3017 square metres with frontage to Hood Street and in four Crown allotments.
