WARRNAMBOOL police detectives have warned Corangamite residents to keep an eye out for suspicious vehicles after two burglary hauls this month.

Detective Senior Constable Wayne Ryan, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said a burglary was reportedly committed at a Timboon property on the Timboon-Curdievale Road on Friday, November 2.
He said a computer, printer, DVD player, radio, camera and video camera valued at $2500 were taken from a desk in a passage after offenders entered the house through a rear door while the victims were not home.
Another burglary targeting tools was committed at a Jancourt East property on the Cobden-Lavers Hill Road during the weekend covering November 9-13.
Offenders at the farm property removed a padlock from a shed door and stole an air compressor, Bosch angle grinder, Echo chainsaw, Milwaukee drill kit, GMC jigsaw, a sander, welder, motorbike helmet and an $8000 Sidchrome tool box.
Total value of the goods is $11,400.
Detective Senior Constable Ryan warned Corangamite district residents to lock their homes and be aware of odd or suspicious vehicles.
"If an unusual vehicles catches the attention of a resident we would ask they jot down a registration plate number and pass that information to police or through Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," he said.
A burglary was also committed at a Warrnambool Raglan Parade home overnight on Sunday, November 11.
The offender entered the home while the residents sleeping, stealing a laptop computer, Samsung mobile phone and $130 cash.
