The five-piece band will hold singing and string workshops with about 40 students at Camperdown College next Wednesday.
Moira Smiley and VOCO were voted America’s number one a cappella group in 2007.
After the Camperdown workshops, the group will perform at a concert at the Courthouse Cafe.
Corangamite Arts Group organiser Fiona Pugh said the community was privileged to have musicians of such high calibre visiting Camperdown.
“The workshops should be action-packed and the students will experience singing like they have never done before,” she said.
“This is a real coup for our region for a group of this calibre coming because they’d be in the top 10 or 20 in the world for what they’re doing.
“We’ve got students coming from Warrnambool, Mortlake and all around the Corangamite Shire.”
