Via this link you can access, free, Dr Bruce Spittle's book "Fluoride Fatigue" that is sub-titled "Fluoride Poisoning: is fluoride in your drinking water and from other sources making you sick?" Please turn to page 76 and read about the author who has received numerous medical awards and prizes. Dr Spittle is the Managing Editor of "Fluoride" the official journal of the International Society for Fluoride Research and has meticulously referenced "Fluoride Fatigue" for the doubting Thomases who still think that fluoridation is safe for all.

DHS spokesman Bram Alexander said " ......It's our belief that fluoridation of drinking water supplies is safe and effective,'' Why does he believe this? There are population groups more suseptible to fluoride, this is well documented. Why is he not aware of this? The National Kidney Foundation stopped its endorsement of artificial fluoridation last year, there is no guarantee that people with kidney problems will not be harmed by ingesting artificialy produced fluoride chemicals at artificially raised levels. There are long term adverse health effects to consider such as adverse changes in bone conditions in the population as well.

In Dec 2007 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I found it is caused by the fluoride added to our water. I stopped drinking fluoridated water and now drink carbon filter rain water. My last 2 thyroid tests show my thyroid is now functioning normally.

It is about time we stand up and let the authorities know that we will not allow them to continue poisoning us. Check out the Kidney Health Australia website, they no longer support fluoridated water especially for people with Chronic Kidney Disease for patients on dialysis. This would have contributed to my fathers death fourteen years ago. Kidney Health Australia also advises that kidney disease is a silent illness and that it is possible that we loose 90% of kidney function before we experience any symptoms, but they tell us to drink plenty of water until it is dialysis time then we are advised not to use tap water for dialysis. I would like to know if all the patients who do home dialysis have been informed. I would like to know if all new mothers are told not to use tap water for their babies formula and of the dangerous levels of toothpaste. I would like the authorities to do fluoride level tests on SIDS babies. If the Australian government is so eager to follow America how come Australia does not have warning on the toothpaste as America has. I am happy to say that I HAD Chronic Kidney Disease. I have taken control of my health because I had enough of the doctors telling me that they would only do something for me when it is dialysis time. I am so happy that I am educating myself and questioning, it is the only way to survive. I HAD a persisting cough and very, very dry skin, I was told by my doctor, to face it you are getting older (I am happy to say I am 51) that was his prescription. Well, once again I am happy to say I educated myself and we installed a whole house water filter system to remove the CHLORINE. Now I no longer have that persisting cough caused by breathing in the shower fumes and I am enjoying my 'old age skin' (ha, ha). My skin is so smooth now. We pay for our tap water and trust that it is supplied at optimum quality instead I now have the extra expense of filtering the water and buying spring water to drink and cook. It makes me sad to think that these problems are man made. We deserve better... This is part of my story I hope and encourage many more people to speak up. Josie S

I have fluoride poisoning. when I drink the water all my joints swell up and I can hardly move. I will sleep for 20 hours a day as well. When I take the fluoride out of my diet and water consumption I get better. You can use me as a test case if you would like the symtoms apear almost instantaniously. My life has been devistated by this action I would like my life back. The government has taken it away by introducing fluoride.
