JACINTA Ermacora will abstain from voting in tonight's crucial Warrnambool saleyards closure ballot.
The Warrnambool City councillor is expected to stay out of the count due to a conflict of interest with her dual role as deputy chairwoman of the board of Wannon Water.
The councillor will release a statement today outlining her reasons for not voting tonight.
