Motorcycle daredevils Seth Enslow and James "Bubba" Chiasson will instead be part of a fan appreciation day at the Cally Hotel in Warrnambool.
Event promoter Adam Barton said while fans would be disappointed not to ride with the duo, they still had a chance to take photos together and have merchandise signed at the meet and greet tomorrow.
"The track is completely underwater so it's way too dangerous to do anything there, especially with the kids," Mr Barton said.
"The last thing we want is people getting hurt, but we still want everybody to meet the guys, hang out and get their posters."
The fan appreciation day at the Cally Hotel will run from 10am to 5pm for $20 a ticket.
Anyone with a ticket to ride will be reimbursed, while the afterparty and dinner will go ahead at $50 a head.
Tickets are available from Warrnambool Motorcycle and Gardens, Owens of Warrnambool, Bartlett Motorcycle, Roe Motorcycles, Graham Rye Motorcycles in Colac, and Timboon Motorcycles.
